Return Eligibility
- Products: All products bought from our store can be returned within 30 days from the purchase date. The products must be in their original condition, with tags and packaging intact.
- Exceptions: products like perishable items, customized products, or items that have been damaged due to improper handling are not eligible for return.
Process

- Receive return instructions: our team will send you a return authorization and instructions on how to ship the item back. You need to cover the shipping cost unless the item is defective or it’s our fault.
- Return shipping: ship the item back to our designated address. use a trackable shipping method and keep the shipping receipt for your records.
Refund
- Refund method: once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Partial refunds: if the returned item is damaged or missing parts, we may issue a partial refund based on the item’s value and condition at the time of return.
Exchange
- Exchange request: if you want to exchange a product for another size, color, or item, contact our customer service team within 30 days of purchase. we will process the exchange if the product is available in the desired form.
- Shipping for exchange: the shipping cost for the exchange is the responsibility of the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or our error.
Non – compliance
- False claims: if a customer makes false claims about product defect or damage to get a return or refund, we reserve the right to deny the claim and may take legal action.
- Failure to follow policy: failure to follow the return and refund policy may lead to the rejection of return requests or the forfeiture of any potential refund or exchange.
